A Note Regarding Copyright
Extraordinary efforts have been taken to insure there are no copyright violations on this site. I hold written permission for all the copyrighted items
used on this site. They are available for inspection. Credit has been given to the holder(s) of these copyrights. Copyrighted material has been labeled
with the correct © Copyright symbol. Permissions of use have been recorded and all stipulations (such as link backs) have been followed. I have sought
to acknowledge every person that has offered family photos or other items. I have foregone the use of items where there was no clear indication of the
rightful owner. I have sought legal advice in the preparation of my Specific Copyright Notice. Terms of "fair use" are noted, and credit shown to the
provider. Whenever possible, specific location or citation for the item has been provided. (Some items have no identifying number so I have sought to
describe the location and provide proper credit, even for non-copyrighted items.) In every case, the credit lies on the page where the item is displayed
and often on this page. If you have legitimate questions or concerns do not hesitate to contact me, an e-mail link has been provided on every page as
