Overall Impressions

Does your site exhibit originality? Do you have something unique, different or beautiful?
Do you have your own original graphics not just templates?
Did you put a lot of thought and planning in your site? Will I say WOW, what a unique site?
Do I have to search to find that you have met the criteria? Is it hidden or in the wrong place?
If you have met the criteria does your site fit together and have a good flow that makes sense?
Do the color scheme, graphics and content compliment each other?
Does your site give me the feel it will be updated and I have a reason to return? Do you have some way for the visitor to see recent updates? A section listing updates or page updates at the bottom of each page. A blanket statement saying “this site is updated frequently” is nice, but honestly, as a first time visitor, how do I know what frequently means? (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly)
Do you offer anything free, informative or helpful to a visitor? A useful item such as an ICRA Tag Tester, maybe a way to check their links or coding, tips to do a task, a way to locate something or even useful links to other sites that provide additional information.
Is your site suitable for any visitor regardless of age, race, creed or religion? Does it represent good moral values with quality content that is apparent on every page?
