We are pleased to announce our fourth annual Graves Gathering! This is open to all you don't have to be a Graves to come. We will be staying at the Fairfield Inn in Frankfort Kentucky. The address is 40 Chenault Road Frankfort KY, 40601. We have a hotel block of rooms for the week of September 22-28, 2019. You have to call the hotel to reserve a room 1-502-695-8881. Actual activity days will be Checking in on Tuesday night Sept 24 with our tours to begin Wednesday Sept 25, Thursday September 26 and Friday September 27 checking out Saturday AM September 28,2019. You are not required to prepay your room but you must give the hotel a credit card to hold your reservations. All rooms are non smoking with two beds unless you request otherwise. They will try to accomodate changes if they have the rooms available. You are not required to stay at the hotel to join our tours but you will need to arrive each morning before we leave. We have a group rate. Last day to reserve rooms is 8-31-2019. You mention the Graves Gatering code GGRS. Breakfast, Internet and Parking are included.
